Localization of design and production of material handling equipment

In order to create an entrepreneurship for young people, we have always been trying to localize the knowledge of designing and producing the mechanical equipment needed by the industry in the country. By 1999, we succeeded in designing and manufacturing melt pellet cranes (which operate at specific conditions and temperatures) in accordance with international standards, and by that day more than 45 national projects in the field of overhead cranes, , Metal shearing machine (Guillotine), rolling machine, hooks, monorail lift, carriage wagon have beem accomplished successfully. The quality and durability of products in all of these projects attracted the satisfaction of respectable employers and brought us high horizons.

Design and construction of special winches for the first time in Middle east

For the first time in middle east, ZARRIN MEHR Crane Engineering Company was able to design and manufacture special open winches by employing experienced engineers and technicians. By 2004, more than 115 national projects in the fields of open winches, single girder and double girder overhead cranes, press brake, rolling machines, 260 t gantry cranes, semi-gantry cranes, Jib cranes carriages for conveying materials have been accomplished. We also design and manufactured mechanical equipment of dams such as the water transmission shaft closing.

Tehran’s Subway 7th Line Project

Design, construction, installation and installation of 12 overhead cranes of 16 tons and 10 tons for segments production line of Tehran subway 7th line project. By installation of these cranes Tehran Metro Segmentation Factory could be launched 15 times faster.
